Mr. Flannery is active in seeking out new acquisitions and partnership opportunities, along with responsibility for asset and project management on a variety of JRG related investments.
Bob has over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate and has worked for many of the industry’s largest players, including Prudential Insurance, First Chicago (now JP Morgan Chase) and Sam Zell’s Equity Office. He has been involved in transactions totaling almost $1 billion and has managed real estate portfolios in major markets throughout the United States.
With extensive knowledge of asset management, acquisitions, development, marketing, leasing, financial analysis and operations, Mr. Flannery is able to excel in a variety of real estate disciplines. He has experience on many different types of assets, including office, retail, industrial and multi-family, along with the development of condominium projects.
Mr. Flannery holds a BS in Finance from Northern Illinois University and an MBA in International Business from Wayne State University. He is a member of the Chicago Real Estate Council and is active in the Real Estate Investment Association of Chicago, as well as a number of non-profit organizations. Bob is board member of Jameson Real Estate, LLC where he is active in the strategic planning and business execution of the company.
