The principals of JRG Capital Partners, Charles and Harry Huzenis, are accomplished real estate professionals with over 50 years of combined experience. Messrs. Huzenis started Jameson Realty Group as a neighborhood brokerage company in 1982 and grew it into one of the largest and most successful brokerage houses in Chicago.
Today, Jameson Real Estate, its successor firm, is a diversified brokerage company serving Chicago’s commercial, residential and development markets with almost 200 brokers. Charley and Harry have expanded their businesses to include development of over one billion dollars in mixed use properties, along with the acquisition and management of a multi-million square foot real estate portfolio. Development projects have consisted of townhouses, mid-rises and high-rise condominium towers. Assets have ranged from office to retail and from industrial buildings to multi-family. Today, JRG Capital Partners’ business plan is built upon its past successes; our goal is to find opportunity and create value through strong relationships and solid execution.
